Miller Transfer is currently looking for O/Os with flatbeds, step decks, lowboys and curtain side trailers.
We have 18 fully staffed terminals across the country. Our drivers average $1.54 per mile to the truck and the average is increasing. Bobtail and physical damage insurance available. We offer direct deposit, liberal advances, a self-directed retirement plan and first in and first out dispatch.

Requirements:
* Equipment must be 7 years old or newer * All tractors must have a minimum of 48" fifth wheel height * Tractors & Trailers must be air ride and have reflector tape per DOT requirements * A headache rack is required on all tractors and must meet DOT specifications * Required DOT safety equipment, mounted fire extinguisher, hard hat, safety glasses, etc. * One steel measuring tape 25 long and a ladder * (10) 18 ft approved chains, 3/8" preferred in good condition * (10-12) chain binders in good condition * (3) tarps in good condition (2) 24x24 and (1) 30x30 * Tractors will have an amber light, OD signage (2 oversize and 2 wide load) red flags and padding * Straps (10) 4" load straps and ratchets (10) 2" load straps and ratchets
**All equipment must pass a rigid mechanical and safety inspection before a lease is signed.
